Beginning Monday, March 2, 2026, Phase 1 construction activities require closure of N. 12 Street from Summit Avenue to Melbourne Avenue in Haines City. This work supports the PRWC Southeast Transmission Main – Segment 3A project.  Detour signage will be in place to guide traffic. Work is expected to last 30 days.

• Businesses within the closure area will remain accessible 

Brief traffic holds may occur during active construction. Drivers should plan for alternate routes and follow all posted detour signage and traffic control devices.
