Executive Director

The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the Cooperative, appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. Responsible for providing leadership to develop and strengthen the Cooperative in all areas — including engineering and capital delivery, water resource science, finance, technology and administration.
